I like my apartment very much

I have lived at 4520 36th Ave SW for about 17 years and I really like my #7 apartment a lot. My fridge is ok but its on high to keep foods cold. The washer has a problem with making fuzz balls all over clothes. The last time they checked the vents on roof they got a company to come clean it out. i need a new fuzz screen but in all I love my place. My husband does not live here any more and should come off the lease. As you know the swimming pool is a mess. When are we getting a regular Maintenance person? Have a nice day.
