I’m still so confused about the ledger, the management team is unreachable and I still can’t pay rent online? Even though I’ve formally requested a copy of my ledger via certified mail and then 5-6 times via email, I haven’t heard anything. I had high hopes but this disorganization is not the tenant’s fault.

Maintenance was almost never done and never completed in year I have lived here. Management staff has some good employees, but main manager is rude and intimidates residents. Overall, significantly over priced.

Don't know how myself and my family ended up in purgatory for 1 year lease. I'm extremely afraid of heights but found my self climbing 3flights of stairs afraid to go on this sad, small scary deck. So I am a prisoner, trapped by a lease. Looking for ways to legally, GTFO

The location and value are good, but over the two years I’ve stayed here the amenities have degraded. The pool and hot tub haven’t been open in a year. The hours of the sauna have been reduced to 9-6, which for anyone working a standard 9-5 means they are not useable. The maintenance team is getting better, but tracking needs improvement.

It's been several staff and owner or property management changes, but it's trying to get better. Some of the neighbors are wonderful but others not so much. This was once my favorite place to live.
