Parking isn't great, but that's just Capitol Hill everywhere. The apartment isn't a far walk from anything and being in the entertainment district, that's a lot of fun. You do get occasional noisy people on the street but tenants seem to keep mostly quiet. The rent isn't super high. Maintenance seems to take a bit but it does get done. Management doesn't schedule a bunch of invasive inspections or renovations in to your apartment. Maybe 2 a year(fire inspection and one damage inspection.) Laundry room is shared and can get a little frustrating sometimes. It's a simpler place, no gym or pool or anything like that but the rooms aren't bad. Overall, not any huge negatives to the building or area and for the money it's not bad at all. If you're used to or prefer fancier apartments with a lot more extras, I would suggest somewhere else. If all you need is a place to call home, this is a good place.

After living in so many bad places in Seattle this place is a life saver. Jenna the landlord cares so much and works so hard to make this an amazing place to live. Everyone here treats this like a community and it is always welcoming and feels like home.
