Pretty nice

The apartment it self has been very nice to live in i love the view and the layout of my apartment however the staff i would have to question due to being unble to contact anyone and being locked out of my apartment for 2 weeks due to an unexpected visit from maintenance without notice and multiple othertimes of lack of communication.

Very Happy Here :)

I definitely enjoy living here. It's in the heart of Capitol Hill. Safeway is right nearby along with other stores/restaurants. Laundry access works well. Mail room always is safe and everything delivers properly. I only have to do one job to be able to afford rent. I'm going back to school online in October and am looking forward to studying again. They've raised the rent on me for my first year living here, which was fine. Although, I'm hoping by February when I'd like to renew my lease my rent could stay the same so I don't have to stress about doing a second job while doing school at the same time. Other than that I definitely would recommend here to anyone searching for apartments! :) <3

Near Miller Park and Safeway

I do enjoy the convenience of living close to Safeway and Miller Park. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet for Capitol Hill.

I have lived here 3 years. Generally, it's been good. Maintenance issues are quickly addressed. The only problem is that I keep getting noisy mental patients (public charges?) in the apartment above me. The first one was some sort of stoner who I happen to know did extensive damage to 313 before leaving. The second was a woman with a kid and two dogs who became hysterical when I addressed the noise issue. Currently, there is a guy who likes to stomp around at all hours and who sounds at times as if he's gutting the place.. Honestly, I wonder if an Apodment might be a better option. Otherwise, I am momentarily satisfied.
