If your looking for a spot in the city, its a great location. There is no management on property, and they only respond to some emails. Parking is a daily thing. Sometimes there is plenty and other times you cant find a spot. The complex is small and you can hear most of the noise in the middle, like the main door opening and neighbors doors slamming. But it also feels safe, because of how small and open the sound is. Its perfect for a young person that loves being in the city.

Great location. Tiny apartment perfect for students or people traveling. A little bit expensive for the size because washing machine and dryer, plus wifi aren't included.
