One of the Best Managed Properties in Downtown Seattle

I've previously worked in property management in the area and I will say that the property management and maintenance staff here is wonderful. They are consistently on top of things and are very quick in resolving any issues. They will crop up because this is a historic building. Parking is cramped but it's the best they can do because of the age of the building. On the plus side, the apartments are large and have high ceilings and fellow residents are for the most part very friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place though, downtown Seattle is probably not going to be the best place for your needs. This property is located in Pioneer square and is a short work to Lumen Field and T Mobile Park. The Terry Denny is also near many bars, restaurants, and Occidental Park. It is also walking distance from the Waterfront Area.
