great location

great location next to the link and close to main street of Columbia city. smaller for an apartment complex so not too much noise. on weekends, theres an orchestra that practices pretty much all day and its loud if you have windows open. theres also a day care/ school right behind the complex and the kids play outside everyday that the weather is good.. luckily that stuff doesn't bother me too much but def something to consider. theres been three different property managers and maintenance since i moved here, not even a year ago. they've all been nice, just not too sure whats going on with that. overall i've liked living here so far.

Great Value

Lived here 2 1/2 years. Although it was much too small to quarantine for a year, overall it served me and my partner well. Indigo staff was friendly and responsive, and very reasonable on negotiating rent. Units are small, parking is pricey, and amenities are not anything fancy. Construction is also very simple, meaning sound and vibration travel easily. However, the prices were affordable, and everything in the building was reliable and in great condition, making it a good value. Rainier view also added to the benefits. Proximity to train and columbia city is hard to beat. Overall glad we chose Sonata and would recommend.
