I lived here for 3 years and left at the beginning of 2025. It was a great, charming, older Seattle building with new appliances which was the perfect balance of charm and functionality. While I loved the building itself (and the neighbors were also lovely... especially the neighborhood cat, Lord Byron RIP), the absolute highlight was the staff. Eric was exceptional. Incredibly kind, responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. I lived in Seattle for many years prior to leaving in 2025 and this was really one of my favorite apartments. The neighborhood is walkable to the busier parts of Cap Hill but still residential enough that you can find quiet and peaceful pockets. Street parking was always available (though sometimes needed to travel a few blocks away) which was also a huge benefit in Cap Hill.

Everything has been top notch love it. All the tenants seem to be really friendly yard is kept nice and deep hallways are always smelling great Garbage is really easy to get to not that many stairs.

I've been here for several years and it's been wonderful. Perfect blend of older Seattle apartment with character WITH recent upgrades (nice W/D in unit, etc.). The management is the BEST. I don't even know how to describe how wonderful they have been! And neighbors have been kind and friendly (including neighbor and neighborhood pets). Street parking is usually doable, at most have to walk a few blocks. I'll be so sad to leave when my Seattle career chapter wraps up!
