Life at Citizen isn't just about the awesome Capitol Hill location: It's also a great place to just kick back at home. When the Seattle weather allows, invite a friend up to the rooftop to BBQ with stunning views of Mount Rainier. When you need to escape into nature, there's no need to commute outside the city - the greenery of the Citizen courtyard feels like a walk in a remote park.

Great location in Cap Hill

Been living at Citizen for 4 years and renewing for another year, best part of living here is how easy to commute to office (dt Seattle) and access to different fun places here. Pretty reasonable rent compared to other place in Cap hill area and nice staff team. Wish the parking is more accessible and affordable.

Year and a half

Been here for a year-and-a-half. My apartment is great and, while expensive, probably would cost more in other buildings. Maintenance is responsive and people are very kind. Very few problems with packages delivered. Only real amenity is the rooftop, which is small but has an amazing south-facing view of Mt. Rainier. The location is top-notch... super-close to all the craziness of Capitol Hill but the extra block away really makes a huge difference. I face the courtyard and never here anything but the occasional siren.
