If you're thinking of living in capitol hill, I would suggest looking at elsewhere. There are plenty of other places in the area where you'll have a much better experience than Citizen apartments or other Thrive communities (Chloe, etc.).

No one ever gets back to me when I request mantnence online, i have to go down to the office to get anything done. And I’d like a car but i know theres never a garage space avalable i think every unit should have a space if they need it.

Been living at Citizen for 4 years and renewing for another year, best part of living here is how easy to commute to office (dt Seattle) and access to different fun places here. Pretty reasonable rent compared to other place in Cap hill area and nice staff team. Wish the parking is more accessible and affordable.

Been here for a year-and-a-half. My apartment is great and, while expensive, probably would cost more in other buildings. Maintenance is responsive and people are very kind. Very few problems with packages delivered. Only real amenity is the rooftop, which is small but has an amazing south-facing view of Mt. Rainier. The location is top-notch... super-close to all the craziness of Capitol Hill but the extra block away really makes a huge difference. I face the courtyard and never here anything but the occasional siren.

I love that the staff keeps you updated on events, and maintenance. They make sure to keep community clean and safe to the best of their abilities. Manager and maintenance manger are always on top of their duties by taking care of their resident(s).
