Blue Stone Apartments

Could be a better place to live. Maintenance is bad.

I just moved into my new apartment im super excited. The property manager was the best and very helpful.

Pretty good place to live, lived here for over 4 years. Small problems here in there but they are usually handled in a decent amount of time.

The location is a pretty walkable, Westwood village is nearby and there are restaurants and cafes in white center that are easy to get to. The H line runs nearby and pretty frequently. Being so close to Delridge and Boss Burger makes it incredibly noisy, even by city standards. There is always some mentally ill person yelling at 2 AM. The apartments looks pretty nice inside. Carpet in the bedroom, espresso cabinets and stainless steal in the kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the rest of the hosue, and there are tall ceilings. There is a stackable washer and dryer. Property management changed recently and can pretty unresponsive. Unless it is an emergency, it can take time for work orders to go through. For example, it took over a month for them to fix my toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. I couldn’t even flush toilet paper down it without it clogging and was having to toss it into the wastebin and take it out everyday which was really unsanitary. They don’t handle the property that well either. There is always trash inside the hallways and the carpet could use a really thorough deep cleaning. So overall, not great but not bad either. The walkable location, convenience to the H line and inside of the apartment is what really sells this property.
