Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports: We WILL accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report made available by a consumer reporting agency, consistent with RCW 59.18.257. If accepted, the applicant will not be charged for any additional report we obtain. 1. Identification All applicants age 18 or older must provide a valid government-issued photo ID. 2. Income Requirements Combined gross income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Applicants employed less than 12 months must provide additional proof of income (savings, benefits, support, etc.).
