conveniently located

I lived here for about about 10 years now. It's a decent and pretty peaceful place to live and located in a convenient location. The apartment layout is good and they work on updating their apartments. Encounters with staff have all been good so far and have not issues up until now despite management changing several times. Changes in parking is the only con. Space became limited and your apartment doesn't come with a parking spot anymore. You're charged separate fee for it.

Maintenance

I have walked to the office twice and filled maintenance sheet. The lady at the office both times informed me it will be attended in about a week but two months later the issue has not been solved yet

Gone down hill

I’ve lived here for 4 years and this is the third management company to come in. This time again they got rid of all the previous staff, leaving us without maintenance staff. In my 4 years here, my apartment has never been upgraded like all the others. Yet last year in 2022, my rent was raised over $300. Resulting in me having to go the the county/state. As for the apartment itself, i still have significant issues with the plumbing in my unit that the previous management company was actively working on. This has stopped with the new company. The carpets have never been cleaned, appliances, sinks, window hardware are very old. It’sa very dated unit, The grounds: Parking is a huge issue and it always has been due to the complex being small. Tenants allow their guests to park in our paid parking frequently resulting in us having to tow cars all the time. This has gotten better over the last year. The gym was open 24 hours prior to the new management taking over, now it’s back to when the office is open only. And so far they have been closed on several normal business days. We don’t have grounds person like we used to either. No pool, no office events. Overall, I’ve stayed here dur to its location and dining because I’m tired of moving. Thrive or whoever took over this building, i don’t think they knew what issues came with taking it over, and they never should have fired our original staff. Now they have no one and my toilet has been not working for almost a week because we don’t have a maintenance person.

Good overall

Amenities can be better especially gym. Location is great. Gated entrance would be very useful and would add safety to the community.

no clean service

No one cleans the common areas at all. Dry dog poop is everywhere?
