The staff was cordial, kind and informative. Homes are very roomy. Could use more guest parking. Convenient to freeways and stores.

Hands down one of the best communities to live at. I love how small it is and how clean the areas are kept. I lived in many places in the surrounding areas and there is nothing like it. Plus the school bus pick up and drop off is right infront!

It was great until they sold the company last year, now rules are not enforced, there’s literally dog poop everywhere you walk, broken down cars sitting on a jack right in front, at the entrance for months & not towed, residents parking in handicapped parking for days at a time, money gouges with dog rent going up $15, so now over $60 to have a 20lb dog?! What was the pet deposit I paid? It used to be great here, and they raised the rent so much that good, long term renters left & now they’re just taking anyone to fill a unit. If you’re going to raise the fees/rent, you have to give us something in return. We’re paying way more for things getting worse.
