I love living at Avaya Trails. This is the best place, that my family and I have lived in Washington, since moving from the south five years ago.

If you're going to live here, you're going to want to pay the premium for having your own parking space because if not and you get home anytime after 4pm, you're going to be parking down on the street far away from where you live. People also constantly park in firelane and other illegal areas making maneuvering difficult at times. Staff can be difficult to reach, they do their job adequately. Different parts of your apartment you can easily hear your neighbors. The various amenities are really what any apartment should have, so not exactly luxury but what should be expected. Overall, considering what you're paying, you can probably find similar places for less.
