Great building, great staff, bad noise isolation

Really good and modern building, AC in some units, amazing location, and amazing staff. As improvement points, the noise isolation is nonexistent, you can easily hear your neighbors. The building supports Atlas broadband network, which is a huge plus but the internal wiring might make your internet experience subpar. The building has just a patio, grill and gym, which is below average compared to other buildings in the same location. That said, the building is smaller, with fewer units which is a huge plus.
