Great neighbors and staff. Most of the grounds are beautiful except for patches of dead grass. The buildings are nice with only a few things around the grounds going into disrepair. The location is great! It's close to the schools, stores, and everthing else we need. My biggest two complaints are too many big dogs that ruin the grass and in eight years the pool has only been open, maybe 50% of the time. Last year, a few times and not at all and this past summer.

Can seriously never get a hold of the front office. The area is messy, the trash is always over full but you're not allowed to your trash outside the bin, parking is limited and ridiculous.
