Nice location rental company is the worst I have rented with in Pullman.

Maintenance only comes if you remind office staff throughout the week. Apartment was never looked at by staff before we moved in. Its been 6 months and we are still waiting on repairs. Its a good value for what it is, but the staff aren't very helpful or timely to be honest.

The apartment itself was a little small for my taste but that's not where the issues arise. The apartment was never properly cleaned when I moved in. It still had holes in the walls, unpainted and the carpet was never cleaned. There were chicken wings in the dishwasher and the place had a funky smell for weeks until I deep cleaned it myself.

Really nice location by the park, but the neighbors are pretty noisy. The apartment has good amenities but is a bit outdated.

Great place location-wise and for the price. A lot of noise outside and from other residents as expected even during quiet hours but the walls are surprisingly thick compared to other apartments. The parking lot is small but usually no trouble getting a spot unless it is a game day or an event nearby.
