Good place with some concerns

Very courteous and efficient staff. My only concerns are with :- 1. Parking - on my block can be very frustrating especially coming home at nights. 2. Creaking floors and heavy stepping tenants above may cause some annoyance depending on your sleep hours. If one is to look for comfort and rest then be advised that you may be affected by the roaring of aircraft engines that fly directly above the complex via the designated flight path to the airport close by. There could be some improvement with the housekeeping for the passage areas on the ground floor. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives.

In my 3rd month...

From the time I came from California to look at the property, I was pretty sure where I was going to end up. I spent the whole day looking at Moses Lake properties. This Vintage was at the front of my mind thru that day. The staff here is quite friendly & helpful, and my apartment is spacious & comfortable. The cost is very reasonable. I don't know if it's because I'm on the 2nd floor, but even when temps drop in the teens, I've needed no heating. The insulation of the bldg must be quite good. It's things like that that impress me. Also modern appliances are very nice. If I had one complaint, it would be that the landscape maintenance needs some real attention, but after 20+ yrs in the garden industry, I might be a bit critical. All in all, I'm very happy here.

Review

Staff is very helpful, whether it's mail received, broken lightens, etc. They are very courteous, and have sent appropriate help if needed right away. One big downfall at this apartment is the noise overhead, rap music and smell of marijuanna. These particular neighbors seem to have quieted down after I complained several times, but alas, there is still foot noise that cannot be stopped, and constant walking noises. While I do like the apartment, I'm also right next to a busy highway here, and there is constant noise during the work days. I was not anticipating this as I made my lease while I was in Phoenix, site unseen. I'm use to living in my own home, owned by myself... for years! Hope this helps!
