Location is central to a lot of amenities but tucked away enough from the main road it's quiet. I'm a 10 minute drive from grocery stores and from my work. Shopping malls are 15 minutes away. Nice quiet area.

We've been living in Monterra since April of 2023. The maintenance team and staff are responsive and professional. The grounds are well-kept. Parking is easy even without paying for a pass. We rarely hear neighbors and we live on the first floor. Mostly if they move furniture or slam doors/cabinets. The units face into a protected wetland area so we get to enjoy lots of wild life. It's a peaceful area and all the shopping needs are near by. Really close to the highway as well.
