Good place to start out
My husband and i have lived here for about 10 years and it’s been a reliable place to live
Not tax credit
Place is too expensive for what you get. 1st week all closet doors wouldn't close or open then 2 fell of rails. The main entrance door I put it back and after noticed the location of the door was not built properly as the area was to big for the door. The wood near dishwasher is falling apart do to bad remodel. floors where laminate was put in is lopsided. They literally just did a quick suppose remodel on some apartments and called it good. Main bathroom always has fan on and it is molding up on ceiling. Might be because of bad location of fan or the fact that one of my neighbors smokes and the smoke lecks somewhere throught the pipes or fan exit system. I have constantly needed to scrub walls and ceiling with cleaner and neutralize the bathroom Just for reference we don't smoke any type of cig,vape or weed so no way its us. Also toliet pipes have been leaking so it wastes a whole 4x water then it should. I got notification they come take a look nothing I then put in a repair they never came. I also notice people smoke in no smoke area the management has seen this and do nothing. I am waiting on a new school year to move out of the Area to avoid switching kids out and I will never reccomend people here again I have never had issues even in my parents 1940 home with outdated ekectiv and old doors.
