SonRise Apartments

We rented this apartment for a year and a half, and I can honestly say it was the best apartment we’ve lived in—from Memphis to Houston and then Marysville. What we loved most was the neighborhood. We got to know many of our neighbors and even became friends with them. Since we have a toddler, it meant a lot that he had other kids to play with. The playground is large and conveniently located right next to our unit. The apartment itself is spacious, and we especially enjoyed having a nice backyard on the first floor. Amy was an amazing property manager. She was approachable, kind, and always willing to help. She made our transfer to the apartment and our move-out process smooth and stress-free. We also ran into an issue with our apartment application in Lacey, so we asked if we could extend our stay until the end of the month. She was very understanding and gladly accommodated our request, which we truly appreciated. The only minor issue we experienced was with the lawn maintenance. The landscaping crew often mowed the grass in the afternoon, which happened to be during our toddler’s nap time. The noise would sometimes wake him up, so I hope they might consider doing it in the morning instead. Overall, we had a wonderful experience living here. We’ll definitely miss this apartment and, most of all, the wonderful neighbors we met along the way. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to call home.

Love the spacious living area, open concept. The grounds are kept up, very clean. Negative: People that live here park in the Visitor spots, there are only 4 so it's very limited.

Great location. Quiet and is kept clean outside. I like no one is allowed to work on their cars, this keeps the grounds and parking lot neat and clean. I would like to let guests park in my spot since there are only 4 for guests.

Good apartment They are the best in marysvillle

Nice apartments and location. We've been living here for half a year. Really like. But feedback from management is often very slow. I would really like to have a barbecue area set up outside. I can recommend these apartments to friends.

Lived here 3 years. Previously had issues reaching manager, but that seems to have been taken care of. Would like to have additional visitor parking as it seems some tenants use these spots and when I do have a visitor I have to let them park in my spot and I have to park on the street. I have recommended other people to check these out if looking.
