Love the spacious living area, open concept. The grounds are kept up, very clean. Negative: People that live here park in the Visitor spots, there are only 4 so it's very limited.

Great location. Quiet and is kept clean outside. I like no one is allowed to work on their cars, this keeps the grounds and parking lot neat and clean. I would like to let guests park in my spot since there are only 4 for guests.

Nice apartments and location. We've been living here for half a year. Really like. But feedback from management is often very slow. I would really like to have a barbecue area set up outside. I can recommend these apartments to friends.

Lived here 3 years. Previously had issues reaching manager, but that seems to have been taken care of. Would like to have additional visitor parking as it seems some tenants use these spots and when I do have a visitor I have to let them park in my spot and I have to park on the street. I have recommended other people to check these out if looking.

Love living here, great location, well kept. Have tried numerous times to reach management to inquire about the additional charge for renters insurance. Have sent 2 emails and tried to call 2 times, unable to leave message as mail box is full. Not happy with this service.
