I have lived here for along time you can not seem to keep staff and i can have full conversations with my neighbors through the wall.

I've lived here almost a year now, any time I've had to contact the staff there I have been contacted back pretty quickly and my questions answered. I haven't had any issues within my unit and there was sufficient notice given when the unit was to be inspected. I've enjoyed living here.

3+ years & going strong

My boyfriend and I have lived at Parkview for 3 almost 4 years and while it has been fine, there have been a few issues here and there, mostly just crappy neighbors. The maintenance is sporadic and doesn't communicate but is otherwise fine. While I understand housing is always expensive, I'm not sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck here but we are happy and make due. Basically an average apartment renting experience.

Laura is boss!!!

Laura is the only amazing thing about this place. she does a great job of taking care of us. other then that the wall are paper thin you can take part in others conversations. also make sure they put new carpets in before you move in. or it will take them 3 years to do it
