We have lived her for about 3 months now an it has been a positive experience for my family.
Rollercoaster ride depends on management
When Management changes and depending on how they manage it can start a rollercoaster ride with old and new tenants. The noice control is always a problem!! People have no respect for anyone it's okay if they have stereo/TV on loud and talking loudly over it around 2 - 3am However if you were to do the exact same thing on a different day they would be pounding on the wall and yelling. Tenants especially the kíds have no respect for anything especially other people, cars backing up, parking, staircases, garbage area, property in general, Anything that is not theirs. Yés, this is an income restricted apartment complex, but please People should have Better respect for the property
