There good and I like there services and trying to get it gixed

I like this complex, it is older but charming and reasonably well maintained. Don't love some of management policies but Rodman is much better to deal with than most other mgt companies I have dealt with.

I live in one of the 70s style apartment buildings that were designed with older tenants in mind, although not age restricted. My apt has some age related issues but Rodman had me on a wish list to move from an updated unit to this one for access to the small yard, which was high value for me and very accommodating of them. They respond to service calls promptly, office staff are pleasant, professional and helpful.

I moved to Longview from Vancouver and couldnt be happier with the location. Rodman Reality made it extremely easy to find and move into our new home. Its clean, comfortable, quiet and safe, which makes it easier for it to feel like home.

Very close to everything - grocery, pharmacy, dr/hospital, schools and lake. Nice place to live, maintenance is quick.

You can easily hear all the outside nosies and cars that drive by but it's so close to the grocery store, gas stations, my job, and school that it's worth dealing with the noise.
