Unfortunately I have been experiencing some issues within the 6 months of living here. I ran into issues with neighbor smoking by my open window and sitting on my car in the middle of the night with some of his friends. I also tried to get an issue for my shower fixed which still has not been resolved, Issue being that within 5 min into shower my water gets ice cold while on hot setting.

I am kind of upset that since moving in, there has not been any mailboxes installed after four weeks now. It's been rough with the parking stalls not being assigned, there a cars that are most likely overnight guest. Which for one instance I had to park on street. My hot water last for 10 min before it gets icy cold.
