Fair for location, no amenities

Neighborhood is not safe. The 2 onsite washers/dryers (only amenities) are expensive for small loads of laundry. No staff on site so getting problems fixed is only m-f 9a to 430p if you get anyone at the office at all. Always sent to voicemail of property manager, easiest to communicate with her directly with email. NOT worth the value.
