Want to be ripped-off on a monthly basis? If so, Chambers Crest is the place for you. Living here, you'll enjoy a skyrocketing rent with rate hike, after rate hike, after rate hike to occupy the nearly 40-year-old building, But that's not all. There are the random fees, like the one for renter's insurance which is charged even if you held the same policy since you move in.
