It was a monthly event in Bloom. I think it is a good idea to make the community to know and support each other.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience living here. The location is harsh and is located at a major intersection and you can only head south to exit the building. The units have some issues like drawers that open into the appliances and therefore, are unable to open them. The gym has no windows and feels like you are in a small dark basement. There seems to be a lot of issues with packages getting stolen or lost. The utilities are much more expensive than any other apartment I have lived it for just 1 person. There seems to be a lot of issues with the cops coming to attend to residents. I saw the cops come at least 6 times in short time living there. The only positive I can share is that maintenance issues get resolved very quickly and done well.

We didn't have a good experience living here. The leasing staff spent most their time ignoring calls and emails, the utilities are a disaster and there are way too many visits from the cops attending to issues. The only amazing thing about this place is Cary in maintenance. He 100% deserves a raise for dealing with all the issues that come up and having to carry this place on his back.

We like that property is well maintained inside and outside but garage is never cleaned nor the windows on the outside. We like the unit being new but there’s no coat closet and the floors are thin. Location is convenient between Redmond and Kirkland but both 132nd and 85th are constantly noisy and poluted with car gases. Utilities are very high. You have to pay for common are a electric and gas usage.

The extea fees are insane!! $150 for parking, very expensive pet rent, waste of money.

So many extra fees- your rent will go up $150 just for parking,$80 for WSG, pet rent $125.
