Lived here for over a year - it's great. Light traffic noise is the only downside, but rarely hear anything if windows and doors are closed.

Well maintained, great club house. Especially appreciate the activity area, play structures and forest walking path. Trash valet is a great service. Could use a bit more backyard privacy - hopefully the native evergreen plants will mature and help.
