I enjoy living here for the most part, although there are things that could be improved. The view is amazing and apartments are very nice.

Other then the parking situation, this is a good place to live. Comfortable and really nice, neighbors. My apartment is remodeled so everything from the cabinets to the appliances are all brand new. I love this apartment.

I really enjoy living here at thw Shoreside Village Apartments. Great complex, great location, great community and amzing leasing staff. All in all i would recommend living here because you have everything you could possibly need close by including restaurants, grocery stores and retail shopping. Another plus is you are very close to the freeway entrances.

The gutter spout has been on our deck since the deck remodeling happened, I've noticed some families have 3 parking spots. Staff is very friendly and on top of things. Andre is great always follows up with us and gives us a plan of action. Not to much noice to worry about. It's a great place overall. But the parking is bugging me/us yhe most. Thank you for your time.

Lyons Park a newly renovated park is just a block away, giving children hours of fun and entertainment. The Boys and Girls club is located just behind Lyons Park and is easy to walk to (this club offers meals for kids, child care and great activities). We have laundry facilities on site extra storage. Shoreside Village is less than 5 minutes from the Everett Mall or Boeing and has easy I-5 access.  It's time to call this stunning lake side property, with a park-like setting home.
