Beautiful Spacious Apartments

Overall it is a pretty nice place to live. There's a few neighbors that aren't fun to deal with, but that's everywhere. I wish they kept the pool warm enough to actually use year round like they originally planned, but now they close it for the season. Aside from that, I love it. They are very spacious apartments & don't have those annoying baseboard heaters most affordable housing and low income housing apartments have. They have fun activities & give aways a few times throughout the year. It's right next to Henry Jackson Park so there's plenty of outdoor places for the kids to play between Henry's and the 3 playgrounds in the apartments. There's also a dog run in the apartments as well as a dog park they just put in at Henry's so it is great for pets too. The floor plans are great & so are the interiors. Not bad for Everett.

Mostly Ok, Mostly

In most cases it is what you should expect. It's cheaper because it is in the seedier part of north Everett and along side a major trucking lane where hotrods do 70+ and emergency vehicles jet to and from I-5. Only issue I have is the parking. First was never told about the 120 hour a month limit for guest parking even when directly asked about parking for a second vehicle and it does not say anything about it online. I only found out when I reached the limit after 2 weeks. Second on line it reads "special permits may be granted on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances." only to be told they are only available to 4 and 5 bed apartments. My second vehicle is a company car. It would be preferred to keep it parked much safer inside the complex more than 120 hours a month. Which is only 10 to 12 days depending on when I get home from work.

We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment home. No exotic pets. Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior. Breed restrictions are not solely based on the above list. Landlord reserved the right to modify the list at any time.
