The reserve At Everett is a comfortable place to live, And at convenient location, close to shopping, etc.

Problems are many from incompetent leasing office staff to constant billing messes and many other issues, Please see my full review on their facebook page. 2000 characters is not enough to even START to explain all the problems. Otherwise, simply avoid moving to this place.

This is a good place to live. Not the best area of town so car thefts have been happening. Other renters sometimes give outsiders key to building which is not good! Overall, I like it here.

Eight years I’ve lived here and this area is becoming a war zone. Scared to walk to the store. Scared to walk along Evergreen Speedway due to truly dangerous drivers and understaffed police force. Worth it? Not really…

We very much enjoy living here. The only real downside is that most of the parking (90%) is paid parking only. There are times where some people park between 2 spots and so there is even less space available.

Here 18 months. I find it very quiet here. Great staff. Would like to see more handicapped parking spaces. Many more handicapped people here than spaces to park.
