Going downhill

I lived at Portsmith for about 6 years, best part was the on site dog park. The place continually went down hill, from no maintenance of the property, commercial vehicles taking up parking spaces, rent higher than nearby places, no security to speak of, no on-site management, trash dumpsters overflowing for two days before pickup. Look elsewhere

Don't Bother

My experience hasn't been the best. While I haven't interacted with the front office much what bothers me most is the fact that I'm paying $1,800 that has a washer and dryer from 42 years ago. The walls around the electrical plates are broken and it's just crummy on the inside. Not worth the price I'm paying. Maybe if you updated the apartment and left it at this price I would be more than happy to pay but right now it's a joke.
