Review

Always have had issues since we started living here. Dog poop everywhere. holes in the fences, no parking, neighbors are so loud due to walls being so thin. Never allowed to use the amenities. Honestly one thing after another.

There's better options out there

The apartments are nice and well maintained, the maintenance crew is friendly, and living here is overall stress free. A few negatives are how the leasing office employees are poorly trained and the management team fails to acknowledge their mistakes. When we signed our lease we were told that we could have a carport and a garage. After months of no carport and not hearing back from anyone we asked about it and were told that we were given wrong information. The parking situation is tough because there are not enough spots to accommodate the amount of cars. This led to parking off street, off of the property in sketchy areas where there is a high amount of break ins. Separately, if you plan to use the amenities, don't live here. The amenities are constantly closed for maintenance for months at a time, and when they aren't, they can only be used during office hours (even though they advertise 24/7 use). The worst experience we had, was that management had our car towed because they failed to register our car in their system.. this cost me $350 in towing fees to get it back. The car was registered on the lease, and had the appropriate parking permit sticker. The reason they needed the car moved was for some maintenance they were having in that area (an email was sent to all residents). The staff guarantees a courtesy call if they need you to move your car.. However, because they did not have our car registered and did not bother to look at the parking permit sticker, they had it towed. After confronting the management, they took no responsibility for failing to register our car which led to having it towed. No matter the circumstances that caused them to tow it, the car should have been registered. If the car was registered and they needed it moved they would have been able to give us a courtesy call to move it. Overall, the apartment themselves are good, but if you use amenities, have more than 1 car, and prefer a more responsive management team, keep looking. Possi
