Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior. Breed restrictions are not solely based on the above list. Landlord reserved the right to modify the list at any time.

The community has a minimum household income requirement of 2.3 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Income is verified through our compliance process and reviewed on an annual basis in combination with current income limit rates, third party verification may also be required. Please see our Income Qualifications.

Income limited

Apartments are relatively new and spacious. Amenities are ok but you have to register each person to use them and they are time limited. Parking is a nightmare since you get one assigned spot for 1 and 2 bedrooms and 2 assigned for 3-5 bedrooms. The guest parking is very limited and you have a monthly hour limit. The apartment complex is composed of several 4th floor buildings and there are no elevators so moving in/out is a pain when you are on any of the floors other than ground level.

Decent apartments

I've lived at Holly Ridge for over one year. I moved in when the property was newly built. Everything is still in good condition and well kept overall. Parking is assigned. Pet friendly. Child friendly. Unfortunately, there are too few guest parking spaces and amenities such as the pool are only available during office hours (currently Tuesday to Saturday).

Great place

I like living here, it's a family environment, good management, the only thing I would like is to be able to use the gym at night because I work all day and the gym closes at 5 pm and also my upstairs neighbor are noisy

I am satisfied

I live 2 weeks. The service is good, especially from the manager Ella's patient attitude and explanation of incomprehensible and new features. I would recommend living here, but please think about additional parking lots, even paid ones. In general, I like a lot. I am satisfied.
