Great - Location/Size/Parking

The apartment size is good. Staff are very kind. Carpeted flooring. Trash Compactor instead of bin. Clean streets and sidewalks. Being close to the freeway. Stores are nearby. Commute to work isn't far.

Nice floor plans, property, bad managment.

I just moved in , I really like the floor plans for the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for the price. I lot of many little details when it comes to maintenance and you can see they don't put too much effor on it, bad painting, things installed poorly such bad dry wall nails, loose, crooked installation of heaters, missing light bulbs. Property manager is very rude and condescending. She does not admit fault, don't apologize for simple mistakes, has a tone, cuts you off when you are talking.

Apartment needs upgrades to justify your rental increases.My rent has gone up 800 since ive been here 5 years. So much for low income..Nothing else to say.

Great for the area, close to SWTC

Calm and quiet area. The staff are wonderfully nice and will work with you on overdue balances and or large misunderstandings. Pool hasn’t been open in a few years. The trash compactor tends to get full and or jammed easily during the summer. Free pet waste removal stations are spread around the complex as well. Most of the appliances and carpet are 15+ years old but work just fine. Outdoor covered mail boxes. A few miles up the road are both Narbek Wetland Sanctuary and the Seaway Transit Center.
