Many of our units are getting full upgrades including stone counter tops, stainless steal appliances and wood flooring.  We are near Safeway and bus line.
There are many restaurants and stores in walking distance (Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Ross, Big Lots, JoAnns Fabrics and more). Lyons Park a newly renovated park is just a block away, giving children hours of fun and entertainment.

The Boys and Girls club is located just behind Lyons Park and is easy to walk to (this club offers meals for kids, child care and great activities). We have laundry facilities on site, as well as in the unit and extra storage.
Fountain Head is less than 5 minutes from the Everett Mall or Boeing and has easy I-5 access. What a FABULOUS LOCATION & ON THE LAKE!!!

Apt 203

OMG....I am not good at words. I have lived here since July 2011...my daughter moved in October 2011...and we have both lived here since. Many changes have been made....we do need some maintenance things in our apartment...the screen doors on the deck have holes in them, there has been some repairs made in the bathroom that have not been completed...103, 203 and 303 have the very best views on the property...I do not want to move.
