I only got into my apartment on December 3rd, but I’ve had a positive experience living here so far. The square footage of my apartment is nice for the amount of money that I pay. I also like that it comes with that covered parking spot. The neighbors have been nice so far. I really like that It’s not an overly large complex. I really like the location - it works well for me.

We have been in our 1 bedroom for 6 years now. We have enjoyed the space, location, and price. Biggest draw back for our unit is the unblocked direct sunlight on our bedroom from high noon to sunset in the summer. In the winter, all our windows are drafty and we lose a lot of heat, leaving our energy bill very high in the winter. Parking can be frustrating, with no on-site manager, when someone parks in another person's spot. We have been a victim of this and seen many others. We have in fact been emailed, incorrectly, to stop parking in a neighbors spot. The trash and recycle situation has improved in recent years but can remain a struggle with large items thrown in the way of the dumpsters. All in all we have been happy here, we are just in need of more rooms as we have had 2 children added to the family since we first moved in.
