Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior. Used to be a good place. Now management is an illusion, and maintenance non existent. Property has garbage everywhere, all shrubs, plants, bushes, grass is dead or dying. A new Manager every week it seems, no maintenance staff in a year. Apparently HNN sold the property and quit maintaining anything here months ago.
