Why WaterView

We moved in H404 on September 30th, 2019. As the years went by, my daughter, my mom(when she lived here), and myself had difficulty going up and down the stairs. It was very hard for us to take the trash out, bring groceries up from the car, etc. We liked the area, it is quieter. We were blessed to get this apartment H404). But, like I said with my daughter's MS and my knees, I have no cartilage and arthritis in both my knees, then I found out I have asthma and those 32 steps were and are a challenge. The noise level was very minimal, the loudest noise was when the cars went up 220th like they are driving stock cars. The kids are minimal. As long as they are not obnoxious, they're okay. Kids are going to be noisy. And yes, I would recommend this facility to others.

Why WaterView

We moved in here September 30th, 2019. The only problem we have had are the 32 stairs going up and down. It was hard to take the garbage out and bring our groceries up from the car. I like the area, stores and pharmacy are close by, doctor's office are either here or Burien and our church is only 20 minutes away. The noise of the children just means this place is for families. As long as they are not obnoxious, kids are kids. Yes I would recommend this place to others.

Interesting first apartment experience

Being the first person to live in my unit has been an amazing experience. Appliances and the estetics of my unit were great. Being in a secure building also is a huge plus. I dont like how much the office staff has changed what seems like every other month in the last 3 years. Resident parking isnt great as 1 & 2 bedroom units only get one spot. The office never answers the phones or responds to emails. Poor communication with staff. Maintenance and the cleaners have always been great. I understand this is income restricted housing but it doesnt give the right to treat us residents like our concerns and things matter.

Our Pet Policy We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment home. No exotic pets. Additional Requirements: $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet / $20 pet rent per pet per month $100,000 minimum liability renter's insurance Restrictions: The following dog breeds, whether purebred or crossbred, will be permitted on the premises only if Resident provides an AKC Certificate verifying the specific dog has successfully completed and passed the AKC Good Citizen Program: Akita, Great Dane, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Dalmatian, Boxer, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canarios, Chow, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Bull terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid or mix of any of the above breeds, or any mix of the above breeds or any breed of dog that is known to be dangerous, or any animal with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior.
