Could Do Better

This apartment complex is older and requires more attention. Unfortunately this location has not been able to keep a manager or maintenance personnel. Whether that is due to the size of the complex, the age, or the management company I couldn't say. However it is obvious there is a lack of attention and care.

VERY UNHAPPY MOVIE-IN EXPERIENCE

I was told my apartment was move-in ready. I moved in on 8/15/20 and it wasn't ready. There were several things wrong and it appeared there was not a final walk through. I am still waiting to get everything resolved. Blame was placed on Maintenance, Blame was placed on Manager. Loud washer and dryer. Maintenance has worked with me to resolve issues. However they are short handed (I've been told). Staff is trying to make amends but the bad experience is lingering. This is a terribly old facility. Pictures (virtual tour) only shows the best. Not the old dilapidated buildings and trash bins over flowing. Too high rent for what we get. VERY UNHAPPY WITH MOVE-IN EXPERIENCE and disappointment in how old the apartment looks.
