Since we have moved in last July, the sound level has gone up dramatically.

Loud neighbors past normal hours, constant turnover in staff at the office, and lots of other problems make my stay here a tenuous one at best.

So far, our experience has been pretty good. There are some issues with noise from above us, though. We are also disappointed in not having any means to recycle glass, plastic, cans, and paper/cardboard.
