Doing well

You have worked with me so well on the parking and garage issues. Thank you. It is quite noisy at night. Maybe I notice it because I'm on the ground floor. It's the younger set who walk around, yelling, laughing, visiting. They hang out by their cars at midnight to 1 a.m. Then, there is the group of foul-mouthed guys who run around shouting, or they are revving their cars or speeding through. It can get bad here, but I have no idea how you can stop that.
