Voltaire Court

Probably the best place I've lived in Bellingham. Super spacious unit & great balcony area. Free laundry is awesome, it seems like there's an appropriate amount of machines for the number of units because I almost never have to wait for one to open. The parking spots are large & I don't have trouble finding a spot. The tenants as a whole are kind and respectful. Even the pets that live here seem chill, I barely notice they're there. It's surprisingly quiet in the units; I rarely hear my neighbors even when they have visitors. The only issue I repeatedly run into is that people have a hard time finding it when using navigation apps, but that's pretty out of anyone's control, more just something to be aware of. I feel like my unit was in fair-good condition when I moved in, which was a nice surprise given the building was built in the 80s.

Ive already made my Laundry Room issues known. Please get more and more reliable appliances in that room.

Nice apartments, very quiet, dog friendly. Staff have all been great. Have made a couple maintenance calls and they came quickly and very professional. The only problem is the parking. Seems to be more cars than parking spaces. Rarely get a spit close to my apartment.

I wish there were more washing machines and more room in the parking lot its kind of annoying to get my truck out of the spots

Bad heating in unit, poor insulation, very few amenaties like garbage disposal, dishwasher, in unit laundry. Horrific and uneforced parking lot. Usually cannot even park on site. I pay for renters insurance yet am still charged by the comapny even though i uploaded proof. Pretty disappointed but am left with few choices. On the upside maintenance prople are nice and the community is pleasant.

The apartment is nice and in a great location.
