Ive already made my Laundry Room issues known. Please get more and more reliable appliances in that room.

Nice apartments, very quiet, dog friendly. Staff have all been great. Have made a couple maintenance calls and they came quickly and very professional. The only problem is the parking. Seems to be more cars than parking spaces. Rarely get a spit close to my apartment.

I wish there were more washing machines and more room in the parking lot its kind of annoying to get my truck out of the spots

Bad heating in unit, poor insulation, very few amenaties like garbage disposal, dishwasher, in unit laundry. Horrific and uneforced parking lot. Usually cannot even park on site. I pay for renters insurance yet am still charged by the comapny even though i uploaded proof. Pretty disappointed but am left with few choices. On the upside maintenance prople are nice and the community is pleasant.

Voltaire Court Apartments are located just behind Sehome High School, only a few minutes from WWU's campus, nearby bus lines, and nature trails. These exterior garden-entry 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are spacious and include private patios or balconies. Residents enjoy free on-site permitted parking. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a $500 refundable deposit per pet, limited to two pets per household, with rabies vaccination documentation required. Fees include a $50 screening fee per applicant and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month (opt-out available with proof of coverage). A $250 holding deposit is required if the move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, deducted from the security deposit upon move-in, and non-refundable if applicants do not move in.
