Maintenance issues

I've lived here almost 3 years and love living downtown, since i have no car. The fact that our only meeting place (lounge) is closed down is sad. The maintenance use to be really good and older staff knew what they were doing. But in last year new workers seem to have fewer work skills & poor verbal skills. I've have a hole in my ceiling since mid October that has not been addressed. The roof was leaking, so an old patch was opened up, drained, & a large blue rubbermaid container was left under to catch rain. Finally last week took the container down to front ofc ... it was obstructing 1/2 of my small hallway. Have jammed a rag into the hole to keep the cold air from cooling down my apt . Told Carrie, our ofc manager about this and she said she'd call Maintenance. Please address this issue....January is only a week away. Thanks, ME Scherer, 206, apt. 405
