Nothing geys fixed at these apartments. Everything is good except for that. They lose the request that are given to fix things. The manager for maintenance is rude. They refuse to communicate with the renters about the work to be fixed. You cant approach the manager for maintenance directly as she hides in her office all day and will not open the door to anyone. This is the biggest issue with this apartment complex

The entire Cascade Meadows Main Office Staff is totally awesome!

Its not over the top but it isnt super cheap either. It works for my kids and i. Office staff is easy to communicate with.

Quiet complex. Close and convenient to everything in town

Had a struggle last year finding anything, until I lucked out on one of the two bedroom units. Ours has a bathroom in each bedroom, which is amazing for privacy, and in general there is a ton of storage space. Apartments are a bit older, but have been kept up well. Have not had any issues with moisture or dampness. In general, it’s easy to communicate with management, and the staff are always helpful. Maintenance can be slow to fix stuff, but they are good about showing up when they’ve agreed to, and they do a good job. I also like that there’s the option to go month to month after the initial rental agreement ends. That provides flexibility in case I need to move elsewhere - but as I got one of the apartments that are not market rate, I’ll be staying here as long as possible.
