Bakerview Terrace is in disrepair. The apartments haven't been updated in years. The maintenence is almost non existent. The laundry room is always breaking down. Garbage everywhere.

Great place to live. Wish some of the people who have dogs. Would stick to the designated spot for dogs to relieve themselves and not be lazy and have there dogs poop in different spots and then leave it for others to step on. Parking is all over. First come first serve. Sometimes you end up having to park at the opposite end of the apartment complex. Other then that. Its a great place to live.

Nosey neighbors, harassment from them. Constant complaints. Frequent and pricey rent increases yearly. Takes forever to fill service requests. They refuse to hire real maintenence. Needs more staff and better, faster ways to contact them.
