Good Community Support

The dog park is not well maintained and there is always dog waste everywhere there so we do not use it. They stopped cleaning up the backyard space last year with routine landscaping. Otherwise, so complaints.

The Row Townhome in Bellevue

I have done some researches about the apartments in the area before my family moved into to The Row Townhomes and staying here for more than 9 months now. I have an amazing experience staying at The Row Townhomes apartment in Bellevue. It is exceptionally great because the followings: It is very close and easy access to I-90, I-405, groceries stores, shopping stores, Bellevue Square, South Bellevue Community Center, and Bellevue College. The apartment complexes are very well kept, clean parking spaces, safe, light up at night and no overflow garbage/recycle. They de-iced the parking lot during icy storm in December 2022. I rarely spend time writing the review unless it is exceptionally great, it is worth to mention the new properties management Richelle Kennedy and her team, Tom. They are recognized for their outstanding customer services. Their exceptional efforts to help my family moving in/out process so smoothly are above and beyond. Richelle is always patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and available to answer any questions. She is a very kind and wonderful person. Thank you so much for helping my family and me out during the challenging time. When I moved in I lost my keys to the apartment right at the time my U-haul truck with full of stuffs and ready to unload into an apartment. Here is Tom, the rescuer let us move in within an hour. He went out of his way to help us. I would strongly recommend The Row Townhomes to anyone who is looking for a charming updated beautiful property with an amazing team. Thank you.

Issues Maintenance team

The maintenance here at the property is very sore on getting to work orders. At times they will even ignore the order you put in the system.
