good apartment and convenience location, great experience so far

HVAC system is subpar. It doesn't work well. Heater cannot keep up in winter and AC doesn't cool well when its 80 F or higher outside. Leasing office is nice people but not caring about you. Very noise - water gushing sound in pipes, cars drag racing outside, train honking and bells noise all day. Doors and other amenities like things in gym always broken, not fixed in good time. Not luxury, don't stay here.

Living here has been such a positive experience. The environment is calm and safe, and the staff truly cares about the residents. Maintenance is efficient and respectful, and the property is consistently clean and well kept. It genuinely feels like a place where people enjoy living. I’m grateful to call this community home.

Overall a nice building. My neighbors are generally pretty quiet. I rarely see more than 2-3 people walking throughout the hallways and common areas. I have a noisy neighbor above me, and I'm not sure if it's them or poor noise insulation. Fitness center gets the job done, but is quite small for such a large community.
