I’ve been living at trek apartments for 3 years now, and I can confidently say that it’s been a good, overall experience. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and are always around to help.

Trek, has a very laid-back vibe with Friendly, Office and Maintenance Staff, not to mention being conveniently located next to shopping, transportation, schools and medical care.

i've lived here for about a year. it's not a bad area for me considering my commute to work and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. i also like how secure the building is.

I just moved in and Tami was beyond helpful in every aspect. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. The apartment is great, I can't wait to start exploring the area !

The amenities aren’t worth the rent. The office is hardly ever open during business hours and the young girl that works there (when she isn’t outside smoking) talks down to the tenants and doesn’t seem to want to address tenant issues. Many packages are turned away because there are no office staff present to let anyone into the building. Not all of the mail couriers have access to the building and it is a source of frustration for many of the tenants. The marijuana use is rampant and the smell is so strong that it comes through the vents and would not be recommended for people with breathing issues.
