I moved to the Estates at Hillside Garden in 2018 was brand new and beautiful people followed the smoking rules and things went good for quite a while. Then the lease was changed and the public smoking Washington state law was enacted here, but the website says that this is a non-smoking property with a smoking area designated. This is confusing for those of us who have trouble breathing. I am on oxygen and cannot be around cigarette smoke. I like to go outside and try to walk a little with my dog, but now people are allowed to smoke on the sidewalks that are our walking paths so this community area is now being used by smokers. .

It's a decent place to live, nice gardens, nice library, nice common area to watch TV or visit friends!!! Love the Gated Entrance.

I Love the location of Estates Hillside Gardens, it is right up the hill to the Muckleshoot Casino and Auburn Library and stores and parks, plus our apartments are gated, Love my Gated Community!!!!
